Hallo meine lieben Yogis!

Also, was gabs an diesem Abend?

  • Zweierlei Muffins: Goji & Aronia-Pekan

Alles Liebe,
eure Ju

Hello my lovely Yogis!

I attended a great vegan cooking workshop for superfoods this weekend!
Not only was it very informative, but also a wonderful evening with a lot of new acquaintances!

Superfoods such as Chia seeds, Matcha powder or Mulberries are well known, but did you also know that Kale, Walnuts and Blueberries have similar super powers?
You can read all the details about the Superfoods, we were using at the bottom of the post!

So, what did we cook?
We prepared a seven-course-menue with the following delicacies:

  • Green Smoothie with Kale, Parsley & Wheat Grass
  • Purple Smoothie with Blueberries, Acai-Powder & Coconut Water
  • Kale-Avocado Salad with roasted Walnuts in Hemp-Vinaigrette
  • Black Rice Sushi with Nori Leaves and Avocado
  • Matcha Wraps with White Bean- and Beet-Cream, Parsley Pesto & Veggies
  • Chia-Mango Pudding with Mulberries and raw Cocoa Nibs
  • Two kind of Muffins: Goji & Aronia-Pekan

As you can see in the menue, it was a feast!
All the dishes tasted delicious and all in all I learned a lot more about Superfoods! :)

Let me know if you’re interested in the different recipes or any other information!

All the best,
your Ju
