Hallo meine lieben Yogis!
Am Wochenende habe ich wieder einen veganen Kochworkshop von Vegan Dreams zum Thema Superfoods besucht!
Es war nicht nur ein super informativer Abend, bei dem ich eeeeiniges über Superfoods erfahren habe, sondern auch ein lustiger Koch-Abend mit vielen neuen Bekanntschaften!
Superfoods wie Chia Samen, Matcha Pulver & Maulbeeren sind ja mittlerweile sehr bekannt.
Aber wusstet ihr auch, dass es Kohl, Walnüsse und Blaubeeren genau so in sich haben??

Also, was gabs an diesem Abend?
Wir haben ein Sieben-Gänge Menü gezaubert mit folgenden Köstlichkeiten:
- Grüner Smoothie mit Grünkohl, Petersilie & Weizengras
- Lila Smoothie mit Blaubeeren, Acai-Pulver & Kokoswasser
- Grünkohl-Avocado Salat mit gerösteten Walnüssen in Hanföl-Vinaigrette
- Black Rice Sushi mit Noriblättern und Avocado
- Matcha Wraps mit Bohnen- und Rote-Rüben-Creme, Petersilpesto & Gemüse
- Chia-Mangopudding mit Maulbeeren und rohen Kakao-Nibs
- Zweierlei Muffins: Goji & Aronia-Pekan
Wie sich am Menü lesen lässt, war es einfach nur ein Festmahl!
Die Speisen haben köstlich geschmeckt und insgesamt habe ich wieder mal so viel dazu gelernt! :)

I attended a great vegan cooking workshop for superfoods this weekend!
Not only was it very informative, but also a wonderful evening with a lot of new acquaintances!
Superfoods such as Chia seeds, Matcha powder or Mulberries are well known, but did you also know that Kale, Walnuts and Blueberries have similar super powers?
You can read all the details about the Superfoods, we were using at the bottom of the post!
So, what did we cook?
We prepared a seven-course-menue with the following delicacies:
- Green Smoothie with Kale, Parsley & Wheat Grass
- Purple Smoothie with Blueberries, Acai-Powder & Coconut Water
- Kale-Avocado Salad with roasted Walnuts in Hemp-Vinaigrette
- Black Rice Sushi with Nori Leaves and Avocado
- Matcha Wraps with White Bean- and Beet-Cream, Parsley Pesto & Veggies
- Chia-Mango Pudding with Mulberries and raw Cocoa Nibs
- Two kind of Muffins: Goji & Aronia-Pekan
As you can see in the menue, it was a feast!
All the dishes tasted delicious and all in all I learned a lot more about Superfoods! :)

Wow, da läuft selbst mir „Vegan-Skeptiker“ ;-) das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Gern nehme ich das Rezept für das grüne Smoothie mit Grünkohl und die Muffins. TOLL, DANKE :-)
